Responsible Gaming at 7u777

Our Commitment to Safe Play

At 7u777, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is a core part of how we operate. We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent platform for all players across Bangladesh, from Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Cox's Bazar. Online betting and casino games are intended purely for entertainment, and we take every step to make sure they stay that way for our community.

We firmly enforce a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds returned. We also deploy SSL encryption and fair-play-certified RNG technology on all games so that every outcome is genuinely random and every player is treated equally.

Recognising Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and affect anyone. Being aware of the warning signs is the first step toward getting back on track. Watch out for the following patterns:

• ⚠️Spending more money than you intended or can afford to lose on gambling sessions.
• ⚠️Chasing losses — continuing to bet in order to recover money already lost.
• ⚠️Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you spend on gambling.
• ⚠️Neglecting work, study, or personal responsibilities because of gambling.
• ⚠️Feeling anxious, restless, or irritable when you are not gambling.
• ⚠️Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling activity.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you need a break from gambling, activating self-exclusion is straightforward. Follow these steps to protect yourself immediately:

1. Log in to your 7u777 account and navigate to the Account Settings section.
2. Select 'Responsible Gaming' and choose the exclusion duration that suits your situation — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanent.
3. Confirm your choice. The exclusion takes effect within minutes and you will not be able to log in or place bets during the period.
4. If you need immediate help or cannot access your account, email [email protected] and our team will process the exclusion on your behalf within 2 hours.

Tips for Healthy Gambling Habits

Most people enjoy gambling as a recreational activity without any issues. The following habits help you keep it that way and stay in full control of your experience on 7u777:

• ✅Set a strict budget before you start and treat any losses as the cost of entertainment — never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
• ✅Use our deposit limit and session time features to set boundaries that match your lifestyle and financial situation.
• ✅Never gamble when you are feeling emotionally distressed, tired, under the influence of alcohol, or during important financial periods like Eid.
• ✅Balance gambling with other hobbies and social activities. Gambling should be one small part of a well-rounded life, not a primary focus.
• ✅Take regular breaks during gaming sessions. Step away from the screen every 30 minutes to reset your focus and emotional state.
• ✅Remember that every game outcome on 7u777 uses certified RNG technology — results are always random, and past results never influence future ones.
